If you’re staying temporarily in the Kingdom, it’s important to stay compliant with the law. According to Section 37(5) of the Immigration Act B.E. 2522, you must report your residence to an Immigration Bureau officer every 90 days if your stay exceeds that period. Reporting can be done in person at any nearby Immigration Bureau office for your convenience.

Important Notes

  • Report Up To 15 Days in Advance or Within 7 Days After the Due Date
  • Missing the deadline? You’ll need to visit in person for verification and pay a fine.
  • Fine for Late Reporting: 2,000 Baht if you do not report on time.
  • Leaving the Country: If you leave before your next appointment, you must report again after 90 days from your last entry when you return to the Kingdom.
