Before founding KMD in August 2025, Kritthanathat gained hands-on experience across multiple sectors, working closely with teams, government agencies, and international clients. This exposure equipped him with the ability to manage complex systems and deliver seamless, efficient operations. His expertise spans immigration consulting, HR, visa and work permit processing, and global mobility services - making him a trusted advisor for multinational corporations navigating Thai immigration and labor laws.
